Are you ready to awaken your inner fire?

As we step into summer, the season of heat, light and expansion, we invite you to an embodied ceremony dedicated to igniting the fire element within you.

Through breath, sound and presence, this is your invitation to tap into your own passion, transformation and vitality.

We'll move through the evening together with:

✦ Energetic reprogramming – as a group we'll uncover and explore the patterns we collectively carry around our inner fire. This is a unique process guided by Fiorella, shaped entirely by what comes up in our group.

✦ Dynamic breathwork – we'll embody the insights that surface, using the breath to channel fire's qualities deep into body, mind and spirit.

✦ Voice & toning – we close by letting the energy we've built find its form in sound. By letting your voice be heard, you come into deeper contact with your own infinite wisdom and power.

Cacao will be served as we open the ceremony, to help us gently drop into our bodies and open our hearts.

Come as you are. No experience needed – just a willingness to show up for yourself.

Fiorella Garibaldi is a Sacred Space Creator, international best selling author, Yoga teacher, Breathworker and retreat facilitator. She helps women connect back into their bodies, their hearts and their wombs, awakening their feminine expression, through ancient wisdom, intuitive energy work and embodiment practices. Her passion is for everyone to experience themselves as the true source of everything they need, empowering them to look within for answers, and to experience their full potential in every single moment.

Joline is a ceremonial spaceholder working from her heart to guide others into the present moment and the infine potential that is waiting there to be explored. Joline works with recovery therapy, Chinese medicine, yoga, mindfulness and Soundjoureys. Her passion is to reach out and show a way of living that is with more energy, freedom and contact within and between each other. Her love to sound and singing is one of the powerful tools she use to guide others with.
